Individual Therapy · Telehealth · New York
A space to breathe, and to become more yourself.
You don't have to navigate stress, anxiety, or life transitions alone. Together we'll build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-compassion — reconnecting you with strengths that are already there.
About
Young adults & adults · Telehealth · New York State
For more than 15 years, I've helped adolescents and adults better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and create lives that feel healthier and more authentic.
I especially enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety, perfectionism and self-doubt, relationship stress, life transitions, burnout, body-image concerns, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences.
Therapy with me isn't about finding everything that's wrong with you — it's about discovering the inner resources and strengths you already have, and building on them.
Areas of Focus
What we might work on together
A general mental health practice for whatever season of life you're in.
Approach
Warm, collaborative, and practical
Our work isn't only about analyzing what's happening in your mind, but noticing what's happening in your body — the patterns your nervous system has learned to survive, and updating what's no longer serving you.
Person-Centered
You're the expert on your own life. Therapy follows your pace and your goals.
Strengths-Based
Building on what's already working, not just examining what isn't.
Mindfulness-Informed
Practical tools for staying present and building self-compassion.
Somatic
Attention to the body and nervous system, not just the mind.
